SHIPPING POLICY â€‹

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped from 5-10 business days.

Local Delivery Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for orders within Malta with a spend over EUR250.

In-store pickup
​

If you would like to pick up your order, after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready for pick up.

Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We offer international shipping worldwide. - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crab and whale is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

​

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS

*Purchases placed between 24/11/2024 and 30/11/2024 can be returned until 30/12/2024*

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

For returns contact us at crabandwhale@gmail.com or info@crabandwhale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any items which were gifted or won as part of a promotional offer/campaign are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES


Once your return is accepted, we advise to create a separate purchase for what you wish to exchange your item for.

REFUNDS

​

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

 

Please note that original shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. We also cannot refund any taxes (including but not limited to VAT), duties or clearing taxes paid.
