All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped from 5-10 business days. crab and whale shall not be liable for delays caused by external parties. Pre-orders may endure a long wait time due to production and logistics.

Free local delivery is available for orders within Malta with a spend over EUR250.

In-store pickup

If you would like to pick up your order, after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready for pick up.

Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping worldwide. - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crab and whale is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS​
1. No Returns or Exchanges (Unless Defective). All products sold are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. However, if the product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement as per EU consumer protection laws.
2. No Refunds (Unless Defective) While we do not offer refunds for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), if your product is found to be faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This remedy may be a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
3. Damaged or Defective Items. If in the unlikely event that your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description of the issue and supporting images. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly by providing a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns of damaged or defective items, please contact us at crabandwhale@gmail.com or info@crabandwhale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any items which were gifted or won as part of a promotional offer/campaign are non-refundable.​

Please note that original shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. We also cannot refund any taxes (including but not limited to VAT), duties or clearing taxes paid.
